Account Director

Job Summary

  • Provide strategic counseling to clients

  • Create client plans and strategies

  • Pitching and securing media placements

  • Run and lead client programs

  • Collaborate with team members on list-building and content development

  • Writing, editing and supervising documentation for clients

Qualifications

  • Prior PR agency experience, 7-15 years direct experience in media relations

  • Business relationships with key journalists, investors and conference organizers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using media databases

  • Ability to work independently

Podcast Producer

Job Duties:

  • Production of podcast series includes (but not limited to) managing talent, guest booking, recording, script writing, show structure, metadata, promos, etc.

  • Handle all pre-interview, interview, reporting, recording, editing and writing of scripts

  • Create and distribute social media content for promotion of podcasts

  • Participate in creative and production discussions with management to develop sound & workflow for new podcasts and improving existing projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in content development, producing & audio editing for podcasts, terrestrial/satellite radio or similar audio medium

  • An eye for detail and self-direction

  • Knowledge of current audio and video media landscape

  • Experience with content development and distribution strategies in the audio space

  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Premier.

  • Guest booking and talent management skills

  • Must have great communication skills and be able to give and receive critical feedback in a small team environment

  • Ability to follow workflow guidelines and production process/protocol

  • Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced production environment with quick turnarounds

  • Experience with audio repair, sound design and mixing a plus
